4th Day Letters

4th Day Letters are a FREE weekly email that is sent out every Tuesday to Christians around the world. I began these letters in response to a calling God placed on my heart in 2011. My purpose is to inspire, motivate and challenge Christian to be the best followers of Jesus Christ they can be, so that they can leave a Christian impact on everyone they encounter each day.

The name “4th Day Letters” is derived from Christian movements like Cursillo, Kairos, Via de Cristo, and Walk to Emmaus. Each of these movements are experienced over 3 days. Following those three days these Christians are called to live out their 4th Day through prayer, study and evangelization.

It is also important to acknowledge that Jesus rose on the 3rd day, therefore all humanity is living out its historical 4th day.

I hope these weekly letters inspire, motivate and challenge you as you live out your 4th Day and walk in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

May God’s Blessing Be With You

Hide and Seek – The Christmas Game

Hide and Seek – The Christmas Game

I recently heard a story about a little boy who was playing hide and seek. He found a wonderful hiding place where he couldn't be found. It was such a good hiding place that the other children who were seeking eventually gave up, and went home. When the first boy...

What, Why, and Waiting

What, Why, and Waiting

Human life is filled with endless questions. Why was I born? What is my purpose? Why does hatred and war exist? Why do people get sick? When will I die? Not only do we long for answers, but life itself is also filled with endless periods of waiting. Waiting is usually...

The Wolf And The Lamb

The Bible tells us that a day is coming when the wolf shall be a guest of the lamb. We live with the hope of peace on earth. What role do you and I have in bringing about peace? If we desire peace, we must be willing to say, “Let peace begin with me”. Today, let's...

Prepare And Be Ready

Blazing Inferno

Blazing Inferno

My wife and I left for church Sunday before last, but never made it. Our experience on the way was like no other.  We will likely never forget it. No sooner had we set out on a rural road, when we encountered a single car accident. A minivan was on its side, flames...

A Lesson Of Faith From A Leaf

A Lesson Of Faith From A Leaf

Months of anticipation gave way to its springtime birth. Nurtured by sunlight, the leaf unfurled, grew, and matured. In midlife, it held strong against withering heat and storms. Now aging, and in the autumn of life, it braves the chilly winds, and shows its dazzling...
